We always try to estimate what exactly we are dealing with before we start on your dog but sometimes even the professionals get thrown off by certain coat types. Keeping your dogs hair a length that is in your comfort level to maintain at home till their next grooming is ideal.

Jasmine G.I've gone here for years with both my golden retriever and husky. Each time they really take their time to make sure we are satisfied while still loving each pet. I've taken both my dogs in for both a nail dremel and full groom. If there's anything you may want to be touched up they will do touch ups until you're 100% satisfied. Another thing I really appreciate is that when my dog gets a bath here they use quality products that leave my dog smelling fresh but not the products that have lots of perfume in them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Just being in their presence brings a warm smile to my face. For several years I have brought my two dogs for grooming and washing and have always been met with the greatest attitude of care, professionalism and respect.
Words just can not state the amount of integrity and fortitude the owners of this new business have exhibited on a daily basis. Mj B.By far the best groomers we have ever found! Our Airedale Booker has been groomed there several times now and looks better than ever. Previous groomers shaved him which led to skin irritations. Now, his skin is a good as ever! Booker is happy from the moment he arrives and enjoys playing with the other dogs. We take our Corgi Parker in for nail trims - something Corgis generally don't like. The girls have the magic touch because Parker puts up very little fuss, amazing! So very glad we found this local gem!
Leah U. Vancouver, WAThis shop was amazing!! We have only taken our Samoyed to one other place and we were not pleased with the results. Nor have we had success with a previous Golden Retriever. Needless to say we are very picky where we take our dogs. I love the open environment, you get to see exactly what is going on! It is wonderful that they let the dogs just hang out in the shop and not in cages (I mean grooming is scary enough for our Samoyed and then throwing him in a cage wont really help). I also had a great feeling that they knew exactly what to expect with each dog. Their prices were better then we were expect since our Samoyed needed a lot of help! In the end our dogs came out of the shop happy and beautiful (seriously I could stop petting them).
