My two Havanese just love to visit Danielle and Jessica for their baths and trims. I love taking them because they come home so happy and beautiful, and tired from playing in the free roaming environment. We have several friends who bring their dogs here as well and everyone is truly happy! Our dog is happy here and enjoys her play time with the other dogs. She looks amazing after each visit! I was sorry to read some of the other reviews because we feel our dog is well taken care of and the staff is kind, courteous and very knowledgable. We would much rather have our dog interacting with other dogs than have her stuffed in a kennel. Thank you Jessica and everyone else at the Dog Shop!
Our experience with the dog shop was great! Our dog was in great condition when we picked her up. She had a very thick coat when we took her in, and she was shedding a lot! When we picked her up, her coat was shiny and beautiful! All of the brushing that they did decreased the shedding tremendously. It was probably the best grooming our dog has ever received. When we came to pick her up, she was relaxed and not nervous. The groomer came and talked to us personally about how the grooming went. They also squeezed our dog into their tight holiday schedule. Gin B.4 Paws up! They do a great job within a reasonable time at a fair price. And, my dogs leave as happy as they arrived. Less stress for the dogs! But don't tell everyone! We don't want them to get too busy!
Jasmine G.I've gone here for years with both my golden retriever and husky. Each time they really take their time to make sure we are satisfied while still loving each pet. I've taken both my dogs in for both a nail dremel and full groom. If there's anything you may want to be touched up they will do touch ups until you're 100% satisfied. Another thing I really appreciate is that when my dog gets a bath here they use quality products that leave my dog smelling fresh but not the products that have lots of perfume in them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
